Shipping policy

We ship as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared. Our items will always arrive in recycled or donated materials – this choice is being made intentionally. If you have questions about your order, please email your question and order number to jenny@helloarthatchery.com.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if an item was damaged during shipping so we can make it right.
